A monorail transporter is a slope transport machine that rides on a track to transport materials.
It is mainly used in hilly and mountainous areas with no roads or narrow areas with a slope of less than 45°, where manual handling is difficult and the transportation volume is relatively concentrated.

The monorail transporter is mainly composed of a tractor, a trailer (carbox) and a single track.
Tractor Most of its power is a two-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine with a power between 2.2 and 3.68 kilowatts. The driving wheel of the tractor has a gear type, a columnar protrusion wheel type and a rubber wheel type. The first two applications are more common. The power of the engine is transmitted to the driving wheels through the clutch, the triangle belt and the gearbox.
To ensure safe and reliable operation, most tractors are equipped with three types of braking devices.
1. Downhill brake. It is a lever-type internal tension centrifugal brake. Its braking force varies with operating speed. When the downhill running speed of the tractor is too fast and exceeds the specified speed (generally 0.6-0.74 m/s), the brake shoe pushes and presses the brake drum installed on the inner shaft, and the brake is activated to slow down the unit. , return to normal operating speed.
2. service brake. Most of them are of the internal tension type and linked with the starting and braking levers on the tractor. If the tractor is parked at the end of the track or at a predetermined location, install a horizontal stopper on the guide rail bracket before the parking point. When the tractor arrives here, the brake lever touches the stop lever, and the brake shoe is pressed against the brake drum through the cam, so that the unit stops, and the gap between the brake shoe and the brake drum can be adjusted to change the braking action time.
3.Emergency braking device. It is an internal tension type automatic centrifugal brake, which uses the centrifugal force of the rotating part to automatically control the internal tension brake of the operating rod. During the operation of the unit, if the downhill brake or other mechanisms fail, and the downhill speed exceeds 1.3 to 2 times the normal speed, the centrifugal force generated by the rotating parts inside the emergency brake causes the brake pawl to touch the arm (or block iron) of the frame. )superior. Then the braking action occurs, and the driving wheel is automatically locked on the guide rail, so that the unit can stop within 1 to 1.5 meters. Most emergency braking devices are independent structures, but some also double as parking brakes. The emergency braking device does not usually work, but a device to ensure safety. For this reason, its action parts are equipped with anti-vibration and waterproof measures.
